1. Definitions.
"The Software" means the Fonriv Community Edition binary distribution
(installer packages, archives and accompanying documentation) published
by the copyright holder via the official website (www.fonriv.com) or its
official release channels.
2. Grant of License.
The copyright holder grants you a worldwide, royalty-free,
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software
for personal, non-commercial purposes, free of charge. "Non-commercial
use" includes personal servers, homelab, study and evaluation.
3. Restrictions. You may NOT:
(a) redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent or lease the Software;
(b) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to
the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law;
(c) remove or alter any copyright, trademark or license notices;
(d) use the Software to provide a commercial hosted service;
(e) circumvent the license / activation mechanism of the Software;
(f) alter, bypass, patch or tamper with the technical protection
measures of the Software, including without limitation the
edition gating module, license verification module, capacity
limits (user / profile / quota) and feature gating tables, by any
means (including runtime modification, injection, or binary
patching), whether or not such attempt succeeds.
4. Commercial use. Any commercial use requires a separate commercial
license (Fonriv Pro / Fonriv Enterprise). Contact:

5. Updates. The Software may contact the official update server
(https://www.fonriv.com/update) to check for and download updates.
Updates are provided under the same license terms. Updates may
replace or reinforce the technical protection measures described in
3(f); accepting an update constitutes acceptance of such measures.
6. Privacy. The Software does not send your data to third parties.
Update checks transmit only anonymous version information.
7. NO WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF
THE SOFTWARE IS WITH YOU.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE
LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL
DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE
(INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA), EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE
POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
9. Termination. This license terminates automatically upon breach of any
of its terms. Upon termination you must stop using and delete all
copies of the Software.
10. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of the
copyright holder's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law
rules.

成功。
4. 商业使用。任何商业使用均需另行购买商业许可（Fonriv 专业版 /

5. 更新。本软件可能连接官方更新服务器
(https://www.fonriv.com/update) 以检查和下载更新。更新按本协议
同样条款提供。更新可能替换或强化第 3(f) 条所述技术保护措施；
接受更新即视为接受该等措施。
6. 隐私。本软件不向任何第三方发送您的数据。更新检查仅传输匿名的
版本信息。
7. 无担保。本软件按「现状」提供，不附带任何明示或默示的担保，
包括但不限于对适销性、特定用途适用性和不侵权的担保。本软件的
质量与性能的全部风险由您承担。
8. 责任限制。对于因使用或无法使用本软件（包括但不限于数据丢失）
而产生的任何直接、间接、附带、特殊或后果性损害，即使已被告知
发生此类损害的可能性，著作权人均不承担责任。
9. 终止。您违反本协议任何条款时，本许可自动终止。终止后您必须
停止使用并删除本软件的全部副本。
10. 法律适用。本协议适用著作权人所在司法辖区的法律，排除法律
冲突规则的适用。
